Meh. I'm having a hard time distinguishing the placebo effect here. I take them as recommend (1 hr prior to meal), when I start eating it's as if the receptors that tell me when I'm full are shut off! I'm like a bottomless pit. Isn't that the opposite of what's supposed to happen? I suppose one response to that could be an increased metabolism, but even then the impact would at best be null since it's quite hard not to overeat. I also had a gassy reaction. The company provided great info with the supplements, which was appreciated. Overall good customer service, but not quite worth the high price tag for questionable results.
